Athens joined the Alliance in 2021 and the place to conduct Disabled Aircraft Recovery (DAR) as well as Emergency Management Courses.

Athens provides fully equipped state-of-the-art classroom and conference facilities, a Boeing B737 -200 aircraft, and all required equipment for safe and successful Disabled Aircraft Recovery operations trainings, demonstrations, and equipment testing.
